CHAD VAUGHT

Chad Vaught is a Wichita, Kansas native. He graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in dance in 2017. There, he danced in works by Trisha Brown, Stefanie Batten Bland, James Sewell, and Ori Flomin, along with creating his own works. He has danced as a guest with James Sewell Ballet, Bruce Wood Dance, and performed in the Dallas Opera’s Samson et Dalila and Carmen, as well as Dallas Theater Center’s Hairspray. Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2019, Chad has appeared in Ryan Murphy’s adaption of The Prom, first Broadway national tour of Escape to Margaritaville, Lonny Price’s adaptation of Fiddler On the Roof, as well as many others. Chad is currently on faculty with Platinum Dance Collective.
